Today was an extreme old lady day for me, and I was loving it. I did an at-home work out while watching my soap opera. I cleaned the kitchen then ate a lunch filled with fiber. Most importantly, I learned to crochet while watching an Oprah interview with the cast of The Sound of Music (my favorite movie)! I think my crocheting worked out well today, especially since it was the first time I’ve ever really tried it. Maybe I’ll be able to make a scarf for my grandchildren soon…
Apparently, this is called a single crochet. I can do that and the chain stitch pretty well, but that’s all for now. Maybe it’s time for some interaction with real people instead of the cast of my favorite sitcoms..
Love the composition of this! When I was little my grandma taught me how to crochet a granny square. That’s all I knew how to do, and I made a gigantic one. LOL!
