Day 120: Eugene Hippie?

I’m afraid I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m turning into a Eugene hippie…Ben and I were talking about farming chickens, solar power, and sustainability this morning.  We talked about wanting to someday be self-sufficient. Wouldn’t that be amazing? I thought so. But then I thought about how now… I’m making my own clothes, drinking kombucha, dreaming about vans, and taking natural vitamins. I left geography today with a terrible feeling that the environment was doomed and then I came home to grab my hemp lotion, kombucha, and plan my tofu dinner (also below). I’m quite concerned I’m turning into a hippie.

Evidence for hippie habits.

Mmmm Dinner:

Delicious, nutritious and organic... mmm.

Nothing wrong with worrying about the environment, we should all be doing so. As for turning into a hippiie…I think you can pull it off 🙂 That is a gorgeous plate of food there as well!
