Day 139: Frozen Spring

I woke up this morning to a temperature reading of 19 degrees. No thank you. Then, I had a rather frustrating experience with the library reserve room, another reason not to like the library. I hoped that my newly crocheted hat would keep me warm enough on my way home at around 2 pm this afternoon. Again, no such luck. Everything was still frozen, putting a serious halt on spring. So, that’s what I’ve decided to share today: the freezing weather that has finally arrived and its effects on the spring beauty I was counting on. Anyway, I don’t mean to sound so pessimistic. I’m actually quite excited for spring and school. How could I not be in a good mood?! All I did was crochet today, well I was a little productive otherwise.

Hopefully not too much damage was done. They’re still pretty 🙂
