A year or so ago I took a food photography class. The teacher said something that stuck with me about lighting. He said that he loved getting garnishes and herbs in spots where the light shined through them. I’ve always been obsessed with light and sun flares, but ever since that class, I’ve looked at light in a whole new way. It really improved the way I look at setting up photos and just put into perspective what I really want to capture. And, I decided that natural light is really where I like to be.
So, here’s this beautiful morning light that I couldn’t resist today.
